Order cancellations: Full refunds (minus any paypal or bank charges) can be made within 2 hours of ordering, or before they have been packaged for posting. Please contact me immediately on email@example.com
Change of mind / non fitting items: Under EU law, you will need to notify me as soon as possible of your intent to withdraw from a sale. You can do this by emailing me on firstname.lastname@example.org. I will then provide you with the the return address, and if you are outside of the EU trade area, a form so that the item can be returned without further taxes. I will also ask for photographic evidence to show that the item has been well packaged, and ask for evidence of the tracking number for the parcel. The return should be with the postal service within 14 days of you having received your item. Return postage is at your own expense and you are responsible for any loss or damage during the return. Refunds are against the item price only and do not cover the original postage or any bank payment charges. I will process your refund via your original payment method once the item is back with me and I can see it is with the original packaging and that the item is undamaged. Any damages will be deducted. For hygiene reasons, I am unable to accept returns on earrings. Custom made pieces are also non returnable.
Faults: Each item is fully checked before it is posted to you, and will include a care note on how to best wear and care for it. If you feel your piece is defective, please notify me as soon as possible so I can rectify this. It is considered that defects should be apparent quickly, and therefore after an intial few weeks, any damange is likely to be the result of misuse - knocks, drops, scratching, heavy work etc. Repairs in these circumstances will be charged for.
I send all items via a 'signed for' tracked system. This also notifies me when the item has arrived. If you require additional insurance to cover loss or damange in transit, this can be arranged at additional cost.If you are outside of the EU trade zone, I am responsible for collecting VAT at your home rate for any items under 150 euro. This will be visable in your shopping basket before check out, and on your invoice. This should result in your package reaching you without further charges, but should your customes or postal service add further taxes or handling charges, these are at your own expense.
